Collection: 2025 Home-A-Rama Local Landscapes

These landscapes are a collection of twelve pieces completed in five weeks for the 2025 Lee Supply Home-A-Rama, hosted by BAGI (Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis). It was a pleasure to collaborate with Sigma Homes and Stephanie Wiott Designs to create an impressionist landscape series that was inspired by the earth tones found in the design's color palette. The compositions in this series are based off of photos I took between 2008-2010 on a film camera, while trying to learn photography. I was inspired by the local countryside, expansive fields highlighting the depth of atmosphere, and refreshing air of peace and opportunity. Many of these landscapes in the series today now house Grand Park, Chatham Hills, or will soon house new development projects around Westfield, Cicero, and Zionsville. As an artist, it was such a special moment to create work that would be showcased in such a beautiful gallery experience, and truly give a rooted meaning to "sense of place".

The only exception to the location of this series is the upstairs loft, as these two paintings feature seascapes from the Maine coastline.
